Further Improvements in Topological Transformer Model Covering Core Saturation

چکیده

This paper is devoted to improvements of the low-frequency topological model a three-legged stacked-core transformer. It shown that B-H hysteresis loops employed in transformer and ψ– i curves measured at terminals are quite different shape. A distinction made between modeling moderate deep saturations, separated conditionally by level technical saturation (near 2 Tesla) typical for grain-oriented steels. In former case, addition magnetic coupling phase windings through core, an important part played air gaps core joints. found effective gap length depends on instantaneous flux this dependence proposed implement variable inductances. regardless depth, role belongs distribution zero-sequence path all phases. accurate replications special purpose test, modeled results close agreement with positive- zero sequence data 50 kVA transformer, as well inrush currents.

The topological ordering of covering nodes

The topological ordering algorithm sorts nodes of a directed graph such that the order of the tail of each arc is lower than the order of its head. In this paper, we introduce the notion of covering between nodes of a directed graph. Then, we apply the topological orderingalgorithm on graphs containing the covering nodes. We show that there exists a cut set withforward arcs in these...

Further improvements in nonsymmetric hybrid

In the past few years new methods have been proposed that can be seen as combinations of standard Krylov subspave methods, such as Bi{ CG and GMRES. One of the rst hybrid schemes of this type is CGS, actually the Bi{CG squared method. Other such hybrid schemes include BiCGSTAB (a combination of Bi{CG and GMRES(1)), QMRS, TFQMR, Hybrid GMRES (polynomial preconditioned GMRES) and the nested GMRES...

Modeling and analysis of 100 KVA distribution transformer core saturation effect under non-sinusoidal supply

In transformers the main consequence of harmonic currents is an increase in losses, mainly in windings, because of the deformation of the leakage fields. Higher losses means that more heat is generated in the transformer so that the operating temperature increases, leading to deterioration of the insulation and a potential reduction in lifetime. This paper includes the effects of non-sinusoidal...

Vertex Cover: Further Observations and Further Improvements

Recently, there has been increasing interest and progress in lowering the worstcase time complexity for well-known NP-hard problems, particularly for the Vertex Cover problem. In this paper, new properties for the Vertex Cover problem are indicated, and several simple and new techniques are introduced, which lead to an improved algorithm of time O kn + 1 2852 for the problem. Our algorithm also...

Modeling and analysis of 100 KVA distribution transformer including the core saturation effect

Magnetic core saturation of transformers and rotating machines generate harmonics. Harmonics are integer multiples of the fundamental frequency. Harmonics is caused by nonlinear devices in the power system. Due to the non-linear loads, power frequency harmonics exist mainly in distribution systems. The current harmonics cause voltage harmonics, hence resulting in nonsinusoidal supply voltage in...
